Description: Danish ceramics: Pair of candlesticks in the shape of two figures of Egyptian sarcophagi covered by a blue glaze. Made in terracotta from the Sonne factory on Bornholm. Made around 1900. Appears in good condition with no damage or repairs. The candlesticks are unstamped, but similar candlesticks can be seen for sale on reutemann.dk in black painted terracotta designed by Cordsen. H. 19 cm.
