Description: Height 20 cm.

Fine table globe from the beginning of the 20th century in metal.
It has been used for teaching, as it has written below:
"Emploi du disque horaire
Faire coincider avec le meridien de Greenwich
Le chiffre repere indiquant l'heure.
Pour connaitre l'heure d'un point quelconque du
globe au meme moment. Lire le chiffre indique sur le cadran
a l'intersection du meridien passant par le point considere"
Which can be freely translated into:
Using the Time Orb
Make coincident with the meridian of ​​the Greenwich number marked indicating the time

It is in good used condition with some sun bleaching and rust at the South Pole.
