The vase is not signed but is most likely designed by Benny motzfeldt.

Benny Motzfeldt (1909-1995) was a Norwegian glass artist especially active in the 1960s and 1970s, at Hadeland Glasswork and Randsfjord Glasswork.

She is on permanent display at several museums around the world, including Victoria & Albert Hall in London.
