Large painted bisquit hen from English Staffordshire from the late 1800s.

Under the hen, in its nest basket, there is room for six eggs in its original holder.
All parts are signed with 36. The holders are most often missing in these hens.

The hen is in good condition, without major wear and tear on the color, but it unfortunately has a chip on the beak. The nest have a crack underneath.
