The glass have some matness at the top.
Beautiful mouth-blown water glass from the early 1900s.

The glass is blown into shape, cut of the pipe and with a heated edge.
It is with a guilloche border, border a la grecque / meander border where over them are two lines and a double wavy line.

This is a decoration that is repeated on several of Val Saint Lambert's designs from the early 1900s.
