Very rare Per Lütken vase in from the Bag-shaped serie.

Pose form or Bag shaped is a series of square vases and bowls, which Per Lütken designed at the end of the 1960s and 1970s. Some of the vases have been used at an exhibition in Holmegaard's store in Nyhavn in October 1969.

The vase is made with the same production method as the square Lava bowls. This vase is beautifully dyed in deep purple or manganese. It has a "wavy" finish with waves in the top of the glass.
It is asymmetric in height. A very nice piece of glass.

Lava is an art series of over 20 parts designed by Per Lütken in 1970 for Holmegaard Glassworks.

All vases and bowls in Poseform are to be considered as unique works, due to the color composition of the glass and the final shape of the vase that was determined by the size of the mass.
