All the glasses are in delicate crystal glass.

Derby champagne flutes are made in three sizes, where the two largest also are included in other glass series.
This size is also a part of the Edward the 8th series.
Derby have been produced on almost all Danish glassworks from the 1890s until the 1950s. Holmegaard begins production, after Belgian model in 1890, Fyens and Kastrup Glasværk begin their production around 1910.

The glass becomes very popular and may well be called Denmark's national glass.
