Red table lamp by Bent Nordsted

Description: Height 45/52 cm. without and with the socket.

The metal at the top have some signs of wear. But is in otherwise very good condition.
The lamp was designed by Bent Nordsted in 1958 and manufactured by Fyens Glasswork for Bent Nordsteds firm Nordsted & Co.

It is in mouth blown shinny red opal glass and the largest model made.
There are at least two sizes smaller than this and in at least five colors.

The red color is the same as the vases by Otto Brauer.
