Description: Height 9.5 cm.
Ruby was designed by Per Lütken in 1952 for Holmegaard Glasværk and appears in Holmegaard's catalog in 1959. The series is taken out of production during the 1960s

The ruby-red color took years to develop, as gold was used prior to to achieve the color, which made all ruby-red glass very expensive. Holmegaard wanted to achieve the color without gold.

The vases are in good condition.
