It has a minimal nod on the top and a little jaw on the foot. It is in general very nice condition.
Crystal of this type and quality originate from Ireland. Ireland has a long and rich tradition of producing crystal products with dense cutting like these.

The horn is from the 1880s, and you only rarely come across it today.
