Bio:
Gunnar Nylund (1904–1997) was one of Scandinavia’s most influential ceramics designers of the 20th century, renowned for his elegant forms, refined glazes and nature-inspired decoration. After his success at Rörstrand, he also produced more artistic, hand-painted works for smaller studios such as Alpi in Lidköping, often in very limited quantities.
