Bio:
The “Blue Onion” pattern is one of Meissen’s most iconic designs, developed in the mid-18th century and inspired by East Asian porcelain. The motifs, originally depicting pomegranates and peaches, came to be seen as onions — giving the pattern its distinctive name. It remains among Meissen’s most beloved and enduring designs.
