Low round bowl in turquoise-glazed stoneware with silver inlays along the sides and in the bottom. Slightly undulating, press-moulded rim.

Bio:
Wilhelm Kåge (1889–1960) was chief designer at Gustavsberg from 1917 and one of the most influential figures in Swedish ceramics. His Argenta series, launched in the 1930s, combines cool glazes with elegant silver inlays and is considered a masterpiece of Scandinavian Art Deco.
