Bio: Gefle Porcelain Factory was founded in 1910 in Gävle and became one of Sweden’s most important porcelain and faience producers. In the 1930s, the factory continued the tradition of making transfer-printed and relief-decorated tableware for both household use and export. The “Mullbär” pattern is a fine example of the period’s naturalistic ornamentation, featuring grapevine motifs inspired by classical and historical styles.
