Conical table lamp base in moulded clear crystal glass with textured surface, mounted with brass top and plastic socket.
H. 43 cm. D. 18 cm.
Condition: Minor wear, glass in good condition. Original electrification with Swedish plug/cord.
Bio: Founded in 1898 in Småland, Orrefors Glasbruk became internationally renowned in the 1920s for its artistic glass production, particularly through designers such as Simon Gate, Edward Hald, and later Carl Fagerlund, who created a range of crystal lamp designs. Orrefors lamps combine the clarity and light-refraction of glass with functionalist brass details and remain sought-after collector’s items today.
